Ari Siggins MHRM GAICD CAHRI (she/her) launched The Curiosity Company in 2018 after seeing a gap in the support available to executives in the community services and healthcare sector. Skilled in organisational transformation, strategy and industrial relations Ari is able to guide you through complex change programs when you’re looking to make hard decisions and need a trusted and confidential sounding board.
A seasoned C-Suite executive and CEO, she has held executive roles in operations and HR within the NFP and healthcare sectors, has extensive experience working with and advising Boards and specialises in working with leaders in these fields. Ari holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science with a major in philosophy and ethics, a Master of Human Resources Management, she is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
