The INNER EDGE Leadership Accelerator is for executive and professional women who ready to invest in a deeper understanding of themselves and to build their leadership capabilities, i. It is designed for women who are already performing, contributing, and managing but looking toaccelerate to the next level.
Together with a highly interactive cohort, this program brings together women to share knowledge, build confidence, learn, discuss, connect, and grow with each other, guided by experienced leadership facilitators.
Participants will be exposed to global best practices in management and leadership, practical frameworks that can be implemented immediately and powerful resources to apply today.
With a strong focus on peer learning, mentoring, presence and practical development, participants will build what is needed to show up with impact aligned to their deepest values and conscious intention. This program is both supportive and stretching: grounded in real conversation, real connection and real application, with clear return for women who are ready for the next chapter.

The half-day Masterclass series comprises the core of your leadership development journey. Across three virtual masterminds, participants will explore mindset, presence, and practical tools to support next-level leadership. Interactive, practical, and highly relevant to real working life, participants won’t just hear ideas, but will work together, with evidence- based frameworks and guided facilitation, to design their own leadership pathway. Business Women Australia is committed to developing conscious leadership, guided by the Inner
Development Goals (IDGs), enabling women to lead with clarity, connection and purpose across business and society. This Leadership Development program is aligned with the IDGs focused on developing the inner capabilities of conscious leadership across Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating and Acting.
Delivered within a community of practice model, participants engage in open, respectful and conscious communication, with safely agreed parameters in alignment with BWA conscious communication principles and Chatham House rules – ensuring leadership development in practice.
Numbers are intentionally limited to create a high-trust environment where every voice is heard, valued and developed through meaningful dialogue, self awareness and shared learning.
Lyn Hawkins and Jessica Schubert bring deep expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation and women-led co-design, with years of experience working alongside women in leadership, professionals, managers and founders.
