Join this online BWA discussion with BWA’s National Director Lyn Hawkins, Tracy Cooper and Maria Nolan from SeeChange, together with special guest Patricia Sparrow, CEO of COTA.
This facilitated deep dive, interactive webinar, addresses the issue of ageism in the workplace and will explore how age-based stereotypes can affect anyone – whether they are being considered “too young” or “too old”.
Be inspired by Patricia’s goal of eliminating ageism, and explore the issue from an individual perspective, and also in the broader societal context. On the back of the the most recent Intergenerational Report, released by Treasurer Jim Chalmers in August, this online forum is a timely opportunity to consider the connection between ageism and learn about specific change principles that can be employed to eliminate this issue.
Register today and join our experienced community leaders and knowledge experts to tackle this important topic, share your thoughts and insights into ageism, while we consider creative intergenerational projects fostering communication and relationship-building across generations.
Be part of BWA’s collaborative thinking, connect in a meaningful way and help us all generate ideas about what can be done to reduce ageism in Australia.
Register for the zoom link today. EVERYONE is welcome. You don’t need to be a member of BWA to join the conversation.
