About Heather Warner – Heather is a Premium Member of Business Women Australia and Principal of WCA. With over 20 years’ experience in organisational development and Human Resource management in both public, private and not for profit sectors in Western Australia, the Eastern States and in the United Kingdom. Heather has also expanded her skills to include a practitioner certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an MBTI accreditation and a Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching.

She is best known for her work as a strategic HR management consultant with specialisation in organisational development; recruitment and selection; induction; staff development; industrial relations management and troubleshooting; process engineering; performance management; and qualified training and coaching. Heather is currently Deputy Chair of Scotch College Council and a member of the State Leadership Group of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF WA) and has previously served on the Board of a number of other not-for profit organisations. She also has a Bachelor of Economics (UWA).

About Dr Marny Lishman – Marny is a leading health & community Psychologist, corporate coach, columnist & consultant. She owns and operates Clarity Health, where she works with individuals and corporate groups experiencing a wide range of issues from personal stress and anxiety through to hardships and stress in the workplace. Marny is regularly sought by the media and at to speak at workplace events. She is renowned for her methods in helping people make the most psychologically and physically healthy choices possible, by teaching them how to feel calm, confident and in control again.
