At Business Women Australia, she manages our CRM and subscriber databases, ensuring date stamped, accurate records are maintained to drive national engagement, events, and campaigns.
Previously, Penny was Associate Director of Data and Client Services at Rainmaker Information, where she led a team, streamlined processes, and delivered high-quality data and client support.
With a background in financial services, Penny is known for her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to data excellence, and her ability to mentor teams and advise senior leaders on CRM and database improvements.
