Nadia Leung – Managing Director, Tech on Track

Nadia Leung is an accomplished IT transformation leader and currently the Managing Director of Tech on Track, an Australian consulting firm specialising in Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) and IT Project Rescue. With over 25 years’ experience delivering complex technology programs across the energy, telecommunications, not-for-profit, and government sectors, Nadia is known for her calm, strategic leadership—especially when stepping into high-stakes environments to turn around struggling projects.

Throughout her career, Nadia has led large-scale digital transformations, ERP and CRM implementations, and enterprise cloud initiatives for leading organisations including Accenture, Mastercard, APA Group, and Ericsson. She brings deep expertise in cross-system integrations, stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, and delivering mission-critical platforms on time and within budget.

Nadia’s work is grounded in a unique blend of corporate expertise and personal resourcefulness, shaped by her early life growing up in Guyana. This background fuels her passion for helping organisations achieve more with less—making technology delivery faster, more efficient, and cost-effective.

Her recent work includes leading an ERP go-live for a national housing provider, rescuing at-risk integration projects for infrastructure clients, and advising on technology capability uplift for the energy sector. Nadia holds a Master’s in Information Management from Washington University, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and is PMP-certified. Nadia is a trusted voice in the project recovery and PMaaS space.

Nadia is actively involved in the Melbourne business community and is committed to supporting small and medium-sized organisations in building practical, resilient technology foundations that enable long-term success
