As the Founder and National Director of Business Women Australia (BWA), I’ve had the privilege of helping shape a national collective of extraordinary women — leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who share a commitment to doing business for the greater good. BWA has never been about me; it’s been co-created by an inspiring community of women who believe that leadership grounded in wisdom, collaboration, and purpose can transform our world.
My work blends strategy and soul. Drawing on my background in business growth, leadership facilitation, and organisational strategy, I focus on helping women align who they are with what they do — integrating purpose, connection, and conscious leadership into every aspect of their professional lives.
Through BWA’s programs, boardrooms, retreats, and initiatives, I’m continually inspired by women who lead with integrity, courage, and care.
