Participants may choose to pay in full at the time of registration and receive the social offers or pay in full via an approved payment plan consisting of a 50% deposit upon enrolment, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to program commencement. Member rates and Early Bird rates must be paid in full on registration or by the invoice due date. Participant Cancellation Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to commencement will receive a refund less a $250 administration fee. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to commencement will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of commencement. Participants may nominate a substitute participant, subject to approval by Business Women Australia (BWA). Program Changes or Cancellation BWA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to facilitators, dates, content or delivery format. If minimum participant numbers are not achieved, or circumstances beyond BWA’s reasonable control prevent delivery, participants will be offered a transfer to a future intake or a full refund. BWA is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants outside of the program fee. Attendance and Missed Sessions As this is a cohort-based learning experience, refunds or credits are not available for missed sessions. Where available, recordings, resources or alternative materials may be provided. Individual coaching sessions must be utilised within the program period or within 30 days of program completion. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information, discussions and experiences shared by others during the program. All program materials, frameworks, workbooks and resources remain the intellectual property of BWA and Intact Teams and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Photography and Testimonials BWA may use de-identified participant feedback, testimonials, photographs or screenshots for promotional purposes unless participants advise otherwise in writing.
