Tanuja Sanders is a renowned Project Manager in the Engineering Industry with over 25 years of experience working on projects globally. Her landmark project has been the $1.8 Billion Adelaide Desalination Plant as a Project Manager heading Electrical, SCADA and Control for the client SA Water. Adelaide Desalination Project was awarded as the best project in the world in Year 2013 by both PMI and IPMA. She has Masters in Engineering, Graduate Certificate in Business Management and an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP).

Her outstanding management skills can be seen where she has taken their hobby olive plantation on 100 acres farm in Parkfield to a commercial level currently selling award-winning Infused olive oils in IGA stores, Farmer Jacks stores and Herdsman store in Perth. Her passion in cooking has earned her a title of “Food Chemist” amongst family and friends. This is reflected in their upcoming Olive Oil business that has the widest and most unique range of award-winning infusions of Olive Oil created by Tanuja giving their business “The Sathya Olive Company” a competitive advantage over other Olive Oil producers in Western Australia.
