Jessica is an experienced facilitator, trainer and executive coach. Using her vast, international expertise of leadership and managing cross-cultural sales teams, Jessica custom designs and facilitates leadership and sales training workshops across all industry sectors, be it in person or in a virtual setting. These workshops are tailored to the client’s needs and learning goals and are designed to be interactive and engaging. Jessica’s methodology of experiential learning ensures powerful learning outcomes and the memorable activities and case studies are impactful on the participants’ personal and business lives. She also weaves the DiSC methodology into much of her training and is an accredited facilitator of the full suite of ‘Everything DiSC’.



In her role as an accredited individual and team executive coach, Jessica assists executives and professionals to succeed in the business world of continuous change. Jessica works with business professionals to look at complex situations from different angles and perspectives and shift their minds to think differently. Invariably, this helps support them to put action plans in place to get them from where they are now, to where they aspire to be.

Jessica has worked in Europe and the Asia Pacific for the last 20 years and during that time has led large cross-cultural sales teams in competitive markets. During her time in Hong Kong, Jessica helped to grow a start-up business from 3 locations to over 20 in the Asia Pacific. One of Jessica’s biggest assets is the ability to ‘blend in’ where ever she works, quickly adapting to different corporate environments and industries. Her resilience and adaptability to different cultures, in addition to her leadership skills, have helped her to facilitate the growth and development of the teams she works with.



Her passion for service excellence became apparent over 18 years ago working as Operations Manager at the Regus Group in Germany. After managing different venues in the hospitality industry in Australia and New Zealand, she later grew with Regus into a Senior Sales Leader in Australia – the perfect platform for her next venture where she joined a start-up company in Hong Kong and Tokyo in 2010.
