Online, The HR Boardroom: Business of Culture, Risk and Performance with Sonia La Penna
Join Business Women Australia in the online HR Boardroom with Sonia La Penna, Director of HR Synergy Consulting, as we discuss why performance and capability needs to be re-defined for many businesses.
With so many challenges and opportunities facing organisations HR Executives are being asked to review ‘what needs to change’ to ensure the business has the right capability to drive performance in the ‘new normal’.
This is a golden opportunity to re-visit whether the current ‘Capability and Performance’ frameworks are ‘fit for purpose’ and to explore what needs to change.
Sonia will share insights and facilitate discussion on how businesses are planning to re-align their performance & remuneration framework, mitigate associated risks and the impact on culture.
The HR Boardroom is topical series of Round-tables for “C” suite executives, Board Directors and Advisers, Leadership Teams, Principals and Heads of Departments. Join us and share your experience with like-minded professionals.
There will be time for Q&A.
If you are an executive in a leadership position, whether “C” suite or an Advisory role, on a Board or directly managing a team, join us in the BWA Zoom boardroom. This is a great opportunity to tap into the experience and expertise of HR leader, Sonia La Penna.
