Business Women Australia are excited to announce a new chapter in Western Australia, BWA Rockingham.
This chapter will provide an additional opportunity to bring together business women from all sectors, industries and states with events providing a wonderful opportunity to meet, network and share with other business women from the Rockingham community.
The BWA Rockingham Chapter will be led by Chris Muir-Smith, owner of The HR Dept Rockingham, Kwinana and Peel alongside venue host, Donna Bates, managing director and founding partner of The Lab Factory in Rockingham.

About Chris Muir-Smith
Chris Muir-Smith has more than 25 years in human resources, with 19 years in senior roles working with global firms and small businesses, even working with the film producers of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Chris’s motivation to launch The HR Dept Rockingham, Kwinana and Peel, was to provide local and personal HR advice and support, tailored to the specific needs of each business so that they can prevent people problems and ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
