Meriel Steadman is a Partner at Mills Oakley. She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients around the world in many different sectors on contract drafting and complex commercial disputes. Strategic organisations involve Meriel at the contract negotiation and drafting stage to put themselves in the best possible position to avoid a dispute in the future. Meriel is renowned for providing clear, concise and commercial advice which meets clients’ objectives in the broader business context. Her experience working for a global resources company as well as for one of the top Australian Universities enables her to work with clients to avoid or resolve disputes in a commercially effective way.
