Strategic organisations involve Meriel at the contract negotiation and drafting stage to put themselves in the best possible position to avoid a dispute in the future. Meriel is renowned for providing clear, concise and commercial advice which meets clients’ objectives in the broader business context. Her experience working for a global resources company as well as for one of the top Australian Universities enables her to work with clients to avoid or resolve disputes in a commercially effective way.
