Tracey Ward, a Success and Mindset Coach, is all about shifting paradigms. She knows how to elicit change in people to get the results they want. In our October Mindset Mastermind, we will deepen our understanding of our external and our internal self-image and how to unlock our potential by revamping the way we see ourselves.
Self-image concepts are essential to understand as we embrace our strategies for success, whether we are starting out in business or chairing the Boardroom meetings.
The tendency to focus on our external image and how we are received by others can take up a lot of our energy. A touch of lipstick can make us feel more vibrant and an outfit can give us more confidence. But, it’s actually our self-image that generally dictates our success. In fact, Tracey proposes that our self-image is often what others really see.
Join us for this valuable mindset mastermind as Tracey guides us to explore our internal self-image, and how we actually view ourselves. Like an internal thermostat, our self concept can keeps us at a certain set-point in life. Hear how to develop a healthy self-image and how to identify if our self-image is outdated or flawed.
To achieve our most important goals, whether it is to finish something big we started, or build our finances, it is vital to understand and fine-tune our self-image so we can achieve the important quantum change in the results that we are aiming for. Now is the perfect time for your self-image to be evaluated and might also be the time for a refreshing make-over.
Tracey will share a very powerful five-step process designed for ambitious women who are keen to understand and even revamp their self-image, without having to spend a cent.
