Psychological safety is one of the most important workplace attributes in today’s competitive and challenging environment. A culture that provides the space for everyone to share thoughts and feelings, and fosters experimentation will promote innovation, engagement and growth. In psychologically safe teams and boards, each member feels heard, accepted and respected.

Join Business Women Australia National Director, Lyn Hawkins, together with Kerrie Nobes, who is a passionate advocate and specialist facilitator sought by large organisations and private companies to build psychological safety in the workplace.

This interactive online workshop will give practical tools and strategies to build a safe environment for your team members to productively question the status quo, make decisions, take risks, innovate, and help your profits grow.

Whether you are on a board, a leader, or building a business, this hands-on Masterclass will be a valuable session where you can apply the learnings immediately to your team. We will lean into the work and research of Amy Edmondson, one of the leaders in this field, to explore the best ways to help re-engage, reignite, and retain your team.

Any strategy for building a growth culture that embraces innovation, healthy debate, proactive problem-solving and decision-making, should start with the executive suite, combined with processes and policies that then support every individual in the organisation. Drive accountability and responsibility to question the status quo and look for better ways. Hear how boards, executive teams and managers can lead the way.

Register your seat at this online workshop if you are looking to build a culture providing psychological safety.
