Online, BWA: The Hottest Team Building Trend for 2022 @ ONLINE

Join BWA Leaders Jessica Schubert and Lyn Hawkins to explore the hottest Team Building trend for 2022.  This online forum will appeal to every leader, manager, coach and consultant keen to embrace an exciting future building the best teams and the most effective leaders.

As we reset priorities and develop more agile operating models, a deeper understanding of people and behaviour is a must for all team leaders. Change happens at a personal level and we need to equip our people with the knowledge and skills to drive transformation through behaviour.

Lyn and Jess will share an insight into powerful new methods that can be utilised and adopted to build a people-first mindset into organisations keen to build high performing teams. DISC Flow is predicted to be the hottest leadership and team building tool for 2022, facilitating greater empathy, better communication and behavioural empowerment. Jessica will share exciting case studies of the DISC Flow model in practice.

Hear how to build healthy, productive workplaces with engaged cultures that improve business outcomes in these times of rapid change. Join the conversation and be inspired by the ease at which the tried-and-tested DISC behavioural model, combined with the power of emotional intelligence, can make a positive, long-lasting impact in your organisation:
