Erin is a Technology Commercialisation Specialist who helps founders to find clarity and obtain traction. She has worked with some of Asia Pacific’s biggest, and smallest, organisations to create value from “really cool” technologies and to better manage how innovation happens. Erin is the Director of The Exchange Collective, a commercialisation consultancy firm. She is also a serial entrepreneur. Erin has founded multiple start-ups, including her current passion Dark Stry which is focused on providing self-guided adventures to urban explorers to help reactivate our cities. Erin has a BA (Media & Communications), a Graduate Certificate in IT Project Management and an MBA. Her passion in her “spare” time is supporting more women to start (and stay) in STEM careers.

She has held senior roles with KPMG, HHG Legal Group, HLB Mann Judd and Telstra, in addition to General Management roles with technology-based businesses. As a Principal of a successful consulting practice Lyn works predominantly with professional services firms (legal, accounting and technology) and executive teams developing and implementing business development strategies.
