Self Talk and Success
Self-awareness has been cited as the most important capability for individuals to develop. Self awarness helps us improve happiness and achieve a sense of success. The world’s most outstanding business leaders take time out to understand their natural inclinations, mindset tendencies, strengths and weaknesses. Join us for this Mindset Mastermind to explore how self talk can impact behaviour, block our success or serve our best interests.
Join Business Women Australia Premium member and Mindset Coach, Tracey Ward with BWA National Director, Lyn Hawkins and explore strategies for being more successful, happier and healthier at work and in life.
Self talk can be like an old, bad friend from highschool, kind of negative but has been with you for so many years. Research has shown that women often retain a negative and even toxic narrative running “in the background.” Many don’t realise how damaging these “internal” conversations are, and how strongly they place limitations.
Have you seen this in yourself? In members of your team? Your family or community?
In this webinar we will explore the numerous ways the impact of negative self-talk can be decreased. We will identify how to recognise “her voice” and implement strategies to reject messaging that has become unhelpful. Muzzling unhelpful self-talk creates space for personal intuition to shine.
It is important to know how to tap into new story lines to help us thrive and succeed in today’s modern, ambiguous and busy world. Enabling intuition to be unleashed in full swing will strengthen our personal potential to absolutely soar. As Leaders, our ability to tackle these challenges will help us assist others, our teams, our families and our communities.
In this July Mindset Mastermind Webinar, Tracey will provide the methodologies that enable us to hear, understand and reframe self-talk and quieten the internalised messaging that squashes the realisation of true personal greatness.
Whether you are an employee, a business owner, an executive consultant, CEO or freelancer juggling contracts, clients and kids, it is important to carve out time for your personal and professional growth. Join us and hear some very useful ways you will be able to better understand yourself while also leading others to do the same.
Take a breath and take out the time to invest in YOU.
