About this event

Healthy Mind in Business – It’s more than you think!

A healthy mind in business is a way of being and living and is an extension of how you carry yourself in business every day. It may be easy when things are going well but what about when times are more challenging?

We can’t necessarily predict or control the challenges that come our way, but we can control our responses to them.

Join from your home, in the office or on the road as this is an online event hosted on Zoom.

Date: Wed 10th August

Time: 12:00pm – 1.30pm AWST

In this unique offering today, BWA chapter leader Julie Broad has a powerful conversation with Nutritionist and Dietitian Nicole Bathurst from Naturally Nic and Courage Mindset facilitator and speaker Sana Turnock from Courage Unravelled, circling around important discussion points for businesswomen such as:

  • What is a healthy mind in business?
  • Stress and the healthy mind in business framework
  • Strategies to help your mind remain healthy while being in business

In this lunchtime session, Business Women Australia invites you to listen to what valuable information Nic and Sana have to say to elevate your business lifestyle. There will also be time for questions after the conversation – don’t miss out!
