Join Business Women Australia for an insightful panel discussion with our host facilitator, Premium Member of BWA, Catherine Leach. Our panel comprises diverse women from different sectors and professions sharing their perspectives on the evolution of leadership, and the impact that female champions of change can make in the workplace and communities we live in.

Hear insights into how the traditional notion of leadership has transformed in recent years, and how feminine leadership qualities are becoming increasingly valued and sought after. Our brilliant panel will explore how to best cultivate and support these qualities, and build a more inclusive representation of gender in leadership positions. We will explore the best practices that can contribute to a more positive and successful culture.

Join Catherine, along with our panel of extraordinary women, and be inspired as they share their insights and experiences in leadership, offering valuable perspectives on how to impact positive change in the workplace. This thought-provoking event will help you gain a deeper understanding of how to “own” your leadership style and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

There will also be an opportunity for Q&A, quality networking, and light refreshments. Don’t miss this chance to expand your sphere or influence and contribute to this important conversation.

We encourage members and non-members to register for this event. We encourage all women to join us including professionals, CEO’s, CIO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, business owners, directors, managers, consultants, executives and women on boards.
