The world needs Courageous Leaders who embrace authenticity and who radically listen while leading others to challenge the status quo. A courageous leader is an individual who’s capable of making themselves better and stronger when the stakes are high. They are prepared to make decisions about change without fear or favour.
In this roundtable peer workshop we will delve deeply into our self awareness and goals for the future. There will be tools, techniques and knowledge shared to help develop leadership capabilities and self awareness.
Leadership mastery is about personality, character and capability. It is the way you think, how you act, what you say, when you act and how you are aligned to your values and beliefs.
This practical and meaningful session will provide powerful insights relevant to managing and leading yourself and your teams.
Thanks to our venue sponsor and host Kathryn Dixon (Relationship Manager, IOOF Employee Solutions) and the team at Insignia Financial Ltd for hosting this event, with morning tea and light lunch.
