Join Business Women Australia National Director Lyn Hawkins and Head of Leadership Development, Jessica Schubert for an in-person catch up over an intimate, small group lunch with delicious dumplings and yum cha. This is a fabulous, fun way to connect and share insights, meet generous leaders, and relax with our wonderful professional, executive and entrepreneurial women.

About Lyn Hawkins:
Lyn is the Founder and National Director of Business Women Australia and a management consultant with a focus on business growth, marketing and cultural transformation. She has held senior roles with KPMG, HHG Legal Group, HLB Mann Judd and Telstra, in addition to General Management roles with technology-based businesses. As a Principal of a successful consulting practice Lyn works predominantly with professional services firms (legal, accounting, medical and technology) and executive leadership teams developing business growth strategies. Lyn loves the opportunity to connect with authentic, ambitious women and to partner with those who share her values and courage.
About Jessica Schubert:
Jessica is a Head of Leadership Development at Business Women Australia, the Founder and Director of Intact Teams, an Executive and Team Coach and Leadership expert. Her experience as an international sales director working across both Australian and Asian markets has seen her working in Europe and the Asia Pacific for over a decade. Jessica has accumulated a wealth of international business experience leading large cross-border teams. Her career has spanned Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as managing cross-cultural teams in Asia. Born near Cologne in Germany and educated in Business, English and French, Jessica has lived and worked in 6 different countries and spent most of her last 17 years in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. Her industry experience ranges from hospitality to real estate and education, working with people and helping teams to be the best they can.
