LEADERSHIP POST COVID-19

Skills strategies International, in collaboration with Business Women Australia, invite you to join us for a FREE Leadership Forum exploring the theme of leadership post the  Covid-19 world.

As the Covid-19 pandemic shakes the global economy and disrupts the way we live, work, and conduct business, leaders are scrambling to manage the immediate fall out. But, as history proves, it is also necessary to prepare for what comes next. Visionary leaders such as Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill and Nelson Mandela, didn’t simply react to the most imminent threats confronting them; they looked beyond the dark horizon. They were guided, and in turn guided their people, by their vision for a better future beyond and through the challenges.

The panel will consider the the following key leadership strategies to assist in the preparation and planning for a world post Covid-19. Strategies for discussion will include:

  • Spending time envisioning your future
  • Developing a strategy to walk back your envisioned future to the present
  • Being prepared to learn and pivot
  • Rallying the team around your vision

The forum panel consists of; Ron Alexander (Former Director General of Sport & Recreation, First Coach of the West Coast Eagles), Tracey Roberts (Mayor of City of Wanneroo, President of the West Australian Local Government Association), and Colin Harris (former Business Manager at DNATA Catering Services.) The forum will be hosted by Lyn Hawkins, National director of Business Women Australia.

This forum will begin at:

WA: 12:00pm

NT, SA: 1:30pm

QLD, NSW, VIC: 2:00pm
