Marion is the MD of Azolla Holdings, an agile strategy and consulting practice she established in 2020 following an impressive career as Acting Government Chief Information Officer and Executive Director for the Western Australian Government. and a Strategic Director with Monitor Deloitte (consulting). Marion is sought by her clients to provide practical solutions to business problems, drawing on her experience in strategy, innovation and leadership. She works with CEOs and senior executive teams delivering pragmatic solutions to current challenges.
Marion’s career spans both public and commercial sectors. She is adept at working in fast-paced, high-work volume environments that require multiple stakeholders to collaborate to achieve outcomes. Her focus on agile, evidence-based strategy and advice is a reflection of her multi-disciplinary training, translating to clear decisions that will have traction with customers. Marion is a leader in design thinking, a non-linear, iterative process used to better understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions.
ABOUT LYN HAWKINS:
Lyn is the National Director of Business Women Australia and a management consultant with a focus on business growth, marketing and cultural transformation. She has held senior roles with KPMG, HHG Legal Group, HLB Mann Judd and Telstra, in addition to General Management roles with technology-based businesses. As a Principal of a successful consulting practice Lyn works predominantly with professional services firms (legal, accounting and technology) and executive teams developing and implementing business development strategies.
