Join BWA Founding Director, Lyn Hawkins for a leadership roundtable designed to bring together female leaders from diverse government, private and public roles for a collaborative and insightful discussion. The primary goal is to identify opportunities and propose practical solutions to address challenges faced by women in leadership positions and pave the way for emerging leaders. The event aims to foster a supportive national network and confidential, private community sharing insights, lessons learnt and best practices.
Lyn’s experience as a leadership facilitator and the Howard Lounge setting will ensure a meaningful, private, Chatham house dialogue that will assist in developing co-designed frameworks that make a real difference. Attendees will be inspired to develop action plans based on identified opportunities and pathways forward, with a commitment to ongoing collaboration.
There will also be an opportunity for networking over light refreshments.
Business Women Australia’s national community of leaders have diverse perspectives, with representation across industries, professions, cultures and experiences, enriching our knowledge and growth.
