BWA Webinar; Cultures of Excellent: Employee Share Schemes
Join Donna Vincent, Founder of Solo Accounts, along with members and guests of Business Women Australia as we hear from Natasha Lie, Principal of LG Accounting Solutions at our July Webinar exploring cultures of excellence and the power of employee share schemes.
Employee share schemes are used by organisations to engage, retain and motivate their employees and future leaders. They can help build a culture of excellence and align the interests of employees with the owner, the board and shareholders.
As a powerful way for employers to retain and motivate employees, these schemes can improve productivity and workplace cooperation, as employees feel that they have a direct interest in the performance of the company.
In this webinar, Natasha will outline employee share schemes, also known as an employee share purchase plans, share options or equity schemes. She will cover the benefits and considerations that need to be understood so make the most of the employee share schemes to be successful in retaining and encouraging employees to “think and act like an owner”.
