About Georgia Bamber: Georgia is a Premium Member of Business Women Australia based in NSW. As an experienced success and transformation coach Georgia enjoys helping women make positive changes and reach goals in their personal and professional lives. She teaches the tools and strategies needed to make change happen, how to develop a success mindset. Georgia is a certified Life Coach and has a Masters in Psychology. In the past, she worked as a therapist counselling refugees and asylum seekers and running women’s support groups. Her main focus now is in the area of positive psychology and helping people to find their spark. Georgia also has an MBA from the City University Business School, London. She is certified in Plant Based Nutrition and competes in endurance running and triathlons. She is a yogi and insight meditation practitioner. In her time out you will find Georgia outdoors – at the beach, in the mountains, or in her garden – enjoying the moment.
About Jessica Schubert: Jessica is the Head of L&D at Business Women Australia, based in Melbourne. She is the Founder and Director of Intact Teams and enjoys her work as an Executive and Team Coach and Leadership expert. Jessica’s experience as an international sales director working across both Australian and Asian markets has seen her working in Europe and the Asia Pacific for over a decade. Her career has spanned Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as managing cross-cultural teams in Asia. Born near Cologne in Germany and educated in Business, English and French, Jessica has lived and worked in 6 different countries and spent most of her last 17 years in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. Her industry experience ranges from hospitality to real estate and education, working with people and helping teams to be the best they can.
