About Dr Sacha Fulton:
Sacha is an accredited sports scientist, preparation specialist for athletes and adviser to high performing business teams and executives. She holds a PhD with the Australian Institute of Sport and has helped prepare numerous Olympic teams and worked at the Western Australian Institute of Sport assisting the athletic improvement of Olympic and aspiring Olympic hopefuls. Sacha is passionate about helping ambitious people to unlock their potential and reach their goals. She is a surf lifesaver and a keen athlete herself having represented Australia at the IM triathlon World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and completing the Rottnest Island Channel crossing on six occasions. Sacha is an adventure enthusiast and her favourite travels include a hike to Mt Everest base camp and a 1700km on foot over 62 days of the Camino de Santiago.
About Lyn Hawkins:
Lyn is the National Director of Business Women Australia and a management consultant with a focus on business growth, marketing and cultural transformation. She has held senior roles with KPMG, HHG Legal Group, HLB Mann Judd and Telstra, in addition to General Management roles with technology-based businesses. As a Principal of a successful consulting practice Lyn works predominantly with professional services firms (legal, accounting and technology) and executive teams developing and implementing business strategies. Lyn is a life long learner and loves to continually add to her knowledge tool kit. Her view of high performance has changed over the years as her goals have shifted at each milestone and crossroad.
