The BWA Community Hub is designed to facilitate peer-to-peer sharing between members in a trusted and confidential environment. By drawing from the expertise and experience of other business women, the format encourages ways to navigate the needs of your business, personal life and community engagement to help members achieve success in life and in business.

This is a BWA MEMBER-LED, CONFIDENTIAL, PEER-SHARING SIX MONTH PROGRAM.

We will meet monthly for 6 months for open discussion, debate and problem solving on an agenda driven by the group with the support of a Hub facilitator. Designed to help support and grow our knowledge, with the help of our fellow members, it is a great opportunity build relationships. Hub Members will share strategies, ideas, bounce challenges around to gain some new insights, offer possible solutions and build friendships.

The Community Hub is available to all financial members of BWA at NO COST who are ready to build meaningful connections embrace the power of a group of like-minded women.

The Community Hub kick off held on the 21st February will look at ways of working together, supporting one another, and brainstorming points of discussion for the next session – nothing is off the table! Our experienced facilitator , Kerrie Nobes, will manage the format, ensuring all attendees contribute, listen and learn from each other.

If you are not a member of BWA, registering for the 6 part series will unlock your annual Classic Membership and all the benefits this brings over the next 12 months.

The BWA Community Hub is designed around the unique needs of women in business as we navigate the pathways forward. They are held monthly for 90-120 minutes with a maximum of 16 participants.  

COMMUNITY HUB DATES:

  • Monday, 16th of May
  • Monday, 20th of June
  • Monday, 18th of July

The ground rules will be agreed by each unique Hub with a Member Facilitator ensuring the opportunity for all to dig deep, personally and professionally, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

About Kerrie Nobes:
Kerrie is a member of Business Women Australia and an experienced Facilitator who enjoys collaborating to create opportunities for growth. She believes that through authentic communication we increase self awareness and reach goals – increasing productivity, connection and outcomes. Her passion is leadership and as a practitioner for both DiSC & HBDI she uses these tools to help individuals understand self and others better. Kerrie brings 20+ years experience connecting teams and leaders to work collectively for best outcomes. She is a Leadership Coach and finalising her accreditation. With impressive experience across Health, Education, Local Government and Manufacturing, Kerrie is sought for her skills at facilitating interactive learning, knowledge sharing and development in face to face and online settings.
