Marketing Leadership in the Digital Age

What are the big issues facing CMOs, marketing managers and their leadership peers as they strive to build and maintain effective marketing organisations?

Join Business Women Australia Members and guests to take a critical look at the remit of the modern marketing department and the capabilities and skills that organisations need in order to succeed in the current and future digital era.

Amy Ward will facilitate a discussion around the leadership skills required for today and tomorrow and look at such questions as;

  • how can marketing departments digitally transform?
  • what is the role of Agile in marketing?
  • what is the right internal to agency mix?

This roundtable will cite experiences from new market entrants to large, established and multi-service organisations.

This event will appeal to current and emerging Chief Marketing Officers, Heads of Marketing, Marketing Managers as well as CEOs or business leaders considering what their marketing function should look like.
