About Tracy Cooper: Tracy has a passion for change. She is a facilitator and change management specialist, who combines theory and a proven practical approach to support leaders and teams to enhance their performance, develop strategy and lead change within their businesses.
Along with her business partner Maria Nolan, Tracy has been helping businesses navigate change successfully for 22 years through their business SeeChange Consulting. Using their action learning approach, underpinned by their enviable expertise in Prosci Change Management methodology, they have been creating programs that have brought major change to the lives of individuals, businesses and communities in the food, financial services, agribusiness, local government and not for profit sectors.
Tracy firmly believes change happens best and lasts longest when it’s a choice and not forced. It’s all about helping people to genuinely choose change and in doing so, unlock their full potential, individually and collectively.
