Clever Conversations in Business – Bunbury WA

Date: 19 April 2018 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Location: Mojo’s Cafe – Stirling Street Bunbury 6230

Join Business Women Australia for morning tea and connect with inspiring women in business.

Hosted by BWA Co-Founder Jennifer Bryant and presented by Cathy Smith, CATCO Enterprises, we delve into the power of conversation in business.

The use of digital communication – emails, marketing funnels, texts, tweets and messaging apps – is not only replacing conversation but getting in the way of real connections. It might be time to reconsider the importance of a ‘conversation strategy’. Let’s talk about verbal interaction with clients or customers, employees, and suppliers – and consider to the way we talk to people about our businesses. In this interactive session, we will get some clarity on the messages we send out through our conversations, the language we use and the way we behave.

Morning tea will be provided.
