Brisbane: Influence with Confidence
Business Women Australia Breakfast Seminar – Influence with Confidence
Leaders know the importance of ‘influencing.’ Many have developed this strength intuitively. To be able to further grow your professional influence and develop influential teams who are able to impact in their roles, is the key to success.
Understanding your own behaviour style when it comes to influence, and learning how to lean into others, provides a solid foundation that will help you achieve the outcomes you desire and grow a culture of influence around you.
“The ability to consistently, and consciously tap into your influence will enable you to facilitate remarkable transformations in your organisation and your business networks, as well as in your own personal life.”
Join members and guests of Business Women Australia and our host Hayley Boss (Head of Queensland, Shadforth Financial Group) as we hear the insights and advice of Jessica Schubert (Intact Teams) on the art of influencing.
Learn about different communication and behaviour styles, and how they affect our businesses, leadership effectiveness and professional lives.
This event is designed for executives in leadership and management roles, business owners and professionals. We also encourage emerging leaders and rising stars (and their mentors) to attend.
A light breakfast will be provided by our generous hosts at Shadforth Financial Group.
